Can My Item Be Repaired?

Yes! Almost everything can be fixed, the only question is how. Our goldsmith has over 25 years experience, and has tackled everything from entirely custom diamond rings to watch bracelets. Even in the rare occasion that a specific repair is not feasible, our team will provide you with creative alternatives or solutions to keep your favourite piece alive.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

Visit our ring size guide to find out your size, or pop in and we'll happily measure you free of charge. Alternatively, if you need to find out your partner's ring size without them knowing, sneak one of their rings in to us and we'll advise you!

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

Different jewellery requires different care. For most gold and silver items, a polish with a jewellery cloth every so often is all you need to keep it sparkling, and any items with harder stone settings can be cleaned with just a toothbrush, warm water and washing up liquid!. With soft stones such as emeralds, opals and pearls, try to avoid water and high heat, and for any white metals such as white gold or platinum, re-rhodium plating them every 3-5 years will keep them looking brand new.
