STORE POLICY

At Treasure Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience will be easy and enjoyable. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service, so if you have any questions or requests, please talk to us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Peace of Mind

All items valued over £250 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured equal to or more than the value of the item. This means we can get your order to you safely, securely, and within no more than 48 working hours from the moment of dispatch. UK Mainland only.

A Few Short Steps

Any in-store purchase can be exchanged within 12 months for 100% store credit*, provided it is not damaged or altered. We do not offer refunds unless the item has broken due to a fault of its own, has been missold or has been mislabelled, provided it falls within its specified guarantee period, and meets the terms of the guarantee. For online purchases, our refund policy also applies, but we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange/return an item, we do not provide postage labels, so please return the item to us along with your original recpiect/order confirmation and we will be happy to exchange/refund you once the item is back in our posession. If we have re-sized a ring for you and it still does not fit correctly, please come in store and we will fit the ring for you in person.

*We cannot accept exchanges on items that have been altered in any way. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on earrings.

WARRANTY AT TREASURE JEWELLERY

Our Policy

All of our new jewellery come with a 12 month warranty as standard, unless stated with a general or specifc exception. All pre-owned jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty as standard, unless stated with a general or specifc exception. Limit watches come with a 24 month warranty as provided by Time Products (UK) Ltd. that can be submitted for return at any Limit, Accurist or Sekonda retailer. All repairs come with a 3 month warranty as standard unless stated with a general or specifc exception. All specific exceptions will be included on the store page of the item it applies to, or in the case of a repair, explained to you before the work is proceeded. General exceptions include: Water or heat damage to Opals, Emeralds, or Pearls, tarnishing on silver items, lost earring backs, or stones that have been cracked after the time of purchase.
